Site Purpose: Provide clear information for local weather and events to help keep our community connected. The Meteorology Station is a place where we "weather together", meaning, we make weather reports and other features of the site community-driven to provide a socially uplifting environment. We do this to ensure that:

1. No one gets caught in the rain, because that's no fun.
2. Local events get publicity to attract interested members of the community; its a win-win situation!
3. To create a social environment for weather, events, and more, different from any traditional weather site.
